This policy describes the information used to provide the site, fulfill digital access, support customers, and understand how the tools perform.
Information collected
Fantasy Football War Room may collect the receipt email returned by Stripe after checkout, a username, a securely hashed version of the four-digit access code, entitlement and purchase status, Superchat questions, tip amounts, answers, device-local preferences, requested email alerts, support communications, and limited site-usage or referral information. The Chrome extension stores an opaque session token, selected scoring board, and selected player IDs in Chrome's extension storage on the user's device.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Fantasy Football War Room does not receive or store complete card numbers, card security codes, or bank-account credentials. Stripe’s handling of payment information is governed by its own privacy terms.
How information is used
Information is used to confirm purchases, grant and restore access on the website and Chrome extension, operate the public chat and paid Superchat queue, post direct responses, secure accounts, respond to support requests, issue refunds, operate requested alerts, measure site performance, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. The Chrome extension does not read or collect the contents of third-party fantasy draft websites.
Service providers and sharing
Information may be processed by vendors that provide payment processing, database, authentication, hosting, analytics, and email-delivery services. Information is shared only as needed to provide those functions, comply with law, or protect the site and its users. Personal information is not sold.
Storage, security, and retention
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, including server-side entitlement checks and hashed access codes. Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the purchased access, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from optional emails using the link in each message. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, email support@theffwarroom.com. Some transaction or security records may be retained when legally required.
Children and policy updates
The paid service is not directed to children under 13. Material policy updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
