Clear help when a charge or access goes wrong.
War Room access and Superchat are one-time digital purchases with no subscription and no automatic renewal.
Eligible refund requests
Duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, and verified failures to receive or use paid access are eligible for a refund. Other requests are reviewed individually based on the circumstances, product usage, and applicable law.
Superchat response guarantee
A paid Superchat includes one direct written response in the Superchat room within 24 hours after Stripe confirms payment. If no response is posted within that period, the Superchat is eligible for a full refund. A disagreement with the analysis or an unfavorable fantasy result does not by itself make an answered Superchat refundable.
How to request a refund
Email support@theffwarroom.com as soon as possible. Include the email used at Stripe Checkout, the approximate purchase date, and the reason for the request. Never send a full card number or bank details.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Stripe. Access tied to a fully refunded purchase is removed. The cardholder’s bank determines when the credit appears.
Cancellation
There is nothing to cancel because neither full-season access nor Superchat is a recurring subscription. The 2026 access period ends on February 16, 2027 and is not renewed or charged again automatically.
