These terms apply to the Fantasy Football War Room website, the $5 USD 2026 digital access product, and paid Superchat questions operated by Ben Taylor.
Service and purchase
Fantasy Football War Room provides editorial rankings, statistical models, projections, comparisons, mock drafts, roster-building tools, community chat, paid Superchat responses, and related fantasy-football information. Full-season access and each Superchat are one-time digital purchases. Neither is a subscription or renews automatically.
No gambling, contests, or prizes
The site is an informational research product. It does not accept wagers, operate a sportsbook, host paid fantasy contests or leagues, collect contest entry fees, award prizes, or provide customer payouts. Charges purchase access to digital analysis tools or a direct Superchat response only.
No guaranteed outcome
Fantasy sports involve uncertainty. Rankings, projections, scores, injury context, and recommendations are opinions and estimates based on available information. They can change and do not guarantee fantasy results, winnings, or financial outcomes. The Superchat guarantee covers delivery of a direct written response within 24 hours, not the outcome of following that response.
Accounts and acceptable use
Customers are responsible for keeping their username and access code secure. Paid access is for the purchaser’s personal use. Automated scraping, resale, redistribution, credential sharing, attempts to bypass access controls, and interference with the site are prohibited.
Availability and changes
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available and current, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Features, rankings, data sources, and presentation may change during the season. If a verified technical failure prevents delivery of paid access, the refund policy applies.
Intellectual property and third-party marks
Original FF War Room branding, editorial analysis, site design, and software are protected content. NFL, club, and player names, marks, and logos belong to their respective owners. Their use does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
Limitation and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and liability is limited to the amount the customer paid for the applicable season. These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, without overriding consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
